CoreSite offers a 100% uptime SLA that is achieved through a blend of multiple Tier 1 internet service providers and redundant customer hand-offs. CoreSite uses commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the Blended IP Service is available 100% of the time as measured seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day on a monthly basis. CoreSite also incorporates multiple internet exchanges including CoreSite's Any2Exchange® to deliver high availability and lower latency by optimizing routing.
