Port Options and Configurations
In this section, we will address OCX ports and the different product configurations for this service.

- 1 Gbps
- 10 Gbps
- 100 Gbps
Supported Port Configurations:
- Single Port
- Link Aggregation Group (LAG) Port
Single Port configuration
Users may purchase and configure a LAG Port configuration within the OCX. Single Ports do not provide diversity and bandwidth across the port is capped at the selected service rate (up to 100 Gbps).
Single Port configurations can support/connect to multiple EVCs up to the allotted bandwidth selected for the port.
Link Aggregation Group (LAG) Port Configuration
Users may purchase and configure a LAG Port configuration within the OCX. Please see below for supported LAG options and other important details when considering LAG ports:
- Coresite supports dynamic LACP with the maximum of two ports in the LAG
- LAG ports are set up as active / active
- Both ports in a LAG must be provisioned using the same chassis
- Bandwidth across the two ports will be aggregated and shared
- LAG Port configurations can support/connect to multiple EVCs up to the aggregate bandwidth amount selected for the port configuration
- Coresite does not support:
- Multi-chassis LAGs or diverse LAG configurations
- Geo-diverse configurations
